Prudence McDaniel is the cellist of the award-winning Marian Anderson String Quartet, LLC, celebrating 15 years of the quartet’s 29 year history. She had a 20 year orchestral career performing with national and regional orchestras such as Houston Symphony New York Philharmonic, Columbus Symphony, West Virginia Symphony, and Erie Philharmonic among others. She has administrative experience and has also been a college instructor for the last 15 years at both Blinn College and Texas A&M University teaching Music Appreciation and History of Rock and Roll. And, through it all, with over 35 years of experience and over 900 students later, she is still a happy and successful private cello teacher.

Now, Prudence has added international speaker, clinician, and author to her list.

She travels throughout the U.S. helping college music majors in both performance and education, learn their strengths so they can design their private teaching studios to best suit their personalities and lives. This allows them to begin professional lives that are authentically crafted, artistically satisfying, and prosperous on multiple levels.
